Try viewing sterograms is good practice for it. Use a search engine to look up stereograms. Look at your reflection in the monitor and they'll show up. You'll need a dark background stereogram to see your reflection though. Like when your computer boots up and you can see your reflection is what I'm talking about. Hope that helps.
