if you wanna go to alpha state
just RELAX ( very very relaxing ) nothing bad comes in your mind and you have VERY DEEP AND SLOW BREATH
like when you about to sleep

you can listen to classic music to help you ( i usualy use it )

just go to your bed ,close your eyes and say to yourself relax relax 10 times with deep and slow breath ( and all your muscles are relaxed )
you will get alpha state
