If the so called NASA report were real Learning Strategies would have been shut down.
There are a number of inaccuracies in the said report. Number one being what was being researched was speed reading at 25,000wpm.
Learning Strategies is licensed to teach reading as an adult school. It is illegal to teach reading without a license from the Minnesota Board of Education. The program was investigated and the license approved in 1986.
PhotoReading is also supported by Dr J Michael Bennett who serves as a professor at the University of Minnesota. He is the one who added skittering and rhythmic perusal to the PhotoReading system.
