James; i am sorry it took so long to respond to your post. I am doing great.I have been exercising 5 days a week i have lost 31 pounds. I weighed 205 pounds at the time of the heart attack i now weigh 174 pounds. I am 5 feet 9 inches tall. The other day i ran on the treadmill for 42 minutes. It felt great. I am now starting to lift weights.

In terms of Photoreading i think anytime you can relax (which Learning Strategies says is very important for learning)that anytime you can relax it is very benefical for your health.I have also made changes in the type of foods i eat & am eating much healthier now.
