I find it extremely difficult to relax sufficiently to use QiGong in 5-15 minute spurts. While I've never been diagnosed with ADD, I certainly exhibit some of the teltale signs of that peculiar dissorder. I can't even enjoy a good movie without doing at least three other things simultaneously - or risk falling asleep.

One thing I have noticed though, is that QiGong seems to be one heck-of-a-lot easier to practive at the prescribed hours, especialy at midnight. Would it still be beneficial if I did those excersizes before bed?
