You could do Sword Fingers on yourself, but Master Lin says you would receive greatest benefit when you do the Small Universe Sitting Meditation.

If you cannot afford the thirty minutes for Small Universe, then spend a few minutes having the energy flow through your front and back channels. Do this often throughout the day to melt blockages and bring in fresh, healing energy.
