At the end of Qigong session we all those exercises including massaging
our face and stomach.

I wonder whether this reduces a fat layer some people have on the face and
of course the enlarged stomach?

If so would massaging one’s double chin also help to remove it?
Does the fat build indicate a blockage in that area? I think so because
my pot bally has almost completely disappeared.
