OP Michael Saikali Member Joined: Aug 2000 Posts: 903	During my Active exercise and Small Universe early this mornin' at some points I would notice a shadow or sometimes a bright white flash of light appear with my eyes closed. It was so noticable, it startled me. Anyone care to provide some insight. Love n Light Michael
