I do not practice Qi Gong but as with everything else, do not overdo it which is always easy to do when you try something new. If you feel completely good about a practice than continue doing it. If you feel some sort of discomfort in what you are doing then get in contact with different people/authorities in that particular field of knowledge and ask them about your concerns/problems. And if that still doesn´t help, you might consider to stop the things that you think caused your discomfort.
