I ran a race today, with my family (wife and kids). I had hoped I was fully over a knee issue from two weeks ago. Well things were just fine for the first 4.5 km. I kept pace with my daughter just fine, and totally pain free. However, the last .5 km was down hill and I irritated my left knee. As the day has gone on, the pain and stiffness has gotten worse. I've done the RICE (rest, ice, compress (not), elevate) thing, and I've done some SFQ, and will do lots more.

I was just wondering if a few of you won't mind sending a little helping energy over the next few days.... I don't want to wait a week to ask for help.
