Just Curious What Others do When doing Small Universe
...and if its just a matter of preference:
When I breathe into points in the back channels sometimes I image say, the lower back, in front of me and breathe into it and other times I breathe into that point in my lower back not imaging in front but sending it in to where it
is on my back...
