Bend two paperclips so that they can stand up. Place them 50 to 75 mm apart from each other on top your monitor, or tow little piece of paper.
Gaze through the center of the two clips looking at the wall, focus on the wall of some thing far away. The two clips should soon appear to be three.Gentle let you eye scroll down to the monitor screeen will maintain your same focus.

Do this while chanting relax 1,2 3 relax 1,2,3 to your self. After a while of these exercises you will be able to go into photofocus very quickly without much difficulty.
