Consider stop weighing yourself (even throw out the scale if you have the courage) and go by the fit of your clothes. Living by the scale can be an emotional roller coaster for reasons I know I do not have to address. Just eat well and sensibly, work on your issues with the paraliminals and Eating for Health (I often listen to my TRN programs when I can during the day while doing other things and have noticed good effects), try to get on with your life and allow your body to do its thing with the weight.

Also, please make sure you are trimming down truly for YOURSELF and not to make somebody else happy.
