Change the tangerine to something you feel more comfortable with. I just encourage my class to touch the top back of the head and then it's easier to be aware of that part of your body. Nothing more needed.

As to feeling of anxiety... just think it doesn't matter if you get it wrong. You already know how to read and you cannot lose that by learning PhotoReading.

All you are doing is adding some steps to what you already know that can help you speed up. And if you get it wrong perfect.
