For Paraliminals if you want to use the L&S device pick an alpha theta entrainment the learning ones are that goes for 30 minutes is good. Use the light-frames only not the entrainment sound. The Paraliminal already has an entrainment sound and when you combine them you create something else altogether.

I like using the light frames especially the blue ones. And today I learn that blue light is good for concentration and memorising.
