When you PhotoRead a book you want to activate. Make sure you are in touch with your purpose. If you ain't got a purpose you ain't got a need. So if ya don't need it why do it?
Your purpose will help you build decent mind probing questions without a purpose your mind probing questions are all over the place and lack focus.
To successfully activate you need to decide where you want to end up when you've finished with the book. What will you be able to do with the information once you've got it?
