I started by writing the title of the paraliminal in the middle,then I answeres the questions in the booklet on my mind around the title. All these connections started forming I did not realize how many things I was focusing on at one time it mainly gave me a clearer view on what to focus on before listening. This do not pertain to the paraliminals but I personally got into the habit when a idea comes to my head I jump on it and write it down even if I have to get out of bed.
