I don't know much about the PhotoReading program, but what I've read makes me wonder if it could be used for music reading. If you already know the basic "language" of written music, might the PhotoReading techniques be applicable?

It seems like it might be pretty cool, because one of the things about learning a piece while sightreading it is that the right/left brain conflicts in music playing are very active (at least for me). If a musician had PhotoRead a piece, then the playing and practice could quickly adapt to the musician's unique creative flow with the original written piece. It would eliminate that rather clumsy stage of eye to paper to brain to creative spirit to hand. You'd already have the piece in your head. At that point, it is very easy to integrate creative spirit, brain, and hand/body.
