It doesn't sound like you read my original post. I DO spring forest qigong every day and have been DOING it every day for several months now. I also exercise regularly, meditate, give heartfelt service ... I have tried many different kinds of emotional release work, spiritual work, and many other things to deal with the depression. I've been "sticking to it" for about 20 years now. I don't watch TV, i don't lay around eating or trying to distract myself. It's great that DOING something worked for you. It doesn't work for everybody.
I'm curious to know what it feels like to have your "channels open". Can anyone out there describe that?
