OP cwt108 Junior Member Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 2	I already finished "Happy for No Reason" book and loved it. I wonder if anyone also owned the Audio Course offered by Learning Strategies. I wonder if the Audio course just repeated the information from the course. Or there are benefits to get both the book and the audio course.
