I've taught juggling of scarves and learned how to juggle for the same reasons. A great technique is from Nelson Zink, an NLP trainer who wrote a book titled, The Structure of Delight. He calls it Mind Juggling. Hold a ball in one hand. Close your eyes and toss the ball across your body to the other hand in a rhythm of 1 toss per second or 60 tosses per minute. If you can't catch it, simply move your hands closer until you can.

It balances the brain's hemisphere's in a most amazing way.
