An email I sent Jeddah via her website, I wanted to share it with all of you as well. Esp. the wonderful Hafiz poem.

Dear Jeddah,
Thank you so much for the beautiful retreat experience in Minneapolis. I am Stephanie from Hamlin, West Virginia. When introducing myself to the group, I noted I was the one representative of WV there. I then said, "Thank you, Jeddah, for inviting us to your party." I think I must have had the Hafiz poem below in mind, though I had forgotten it until I ran across it today. I wanted to share it with you with my heartfelt thanks and gratitude for your beautiful warm presence and wise teachings. We all truly were (and are) special guests in the ballroom.

If God Invited You To A Party

If God
Invited you to a party
And said,

'Everyone
In the ballroom tonight
Will be my special
Guest...'

How would you then treat them
When you
Arrived?

Indeed, indeed!

And I know
There is no one in this world

Who
Is not upon
His Jeweled Dance
Floor
