Your feelings can be a great resource for you if you are willing to follow them. If a belief feels uncomfortable to you, know that there is a reason for this, and you may want to ask yourself why you are feeling that way. You may feel some discomfort when letting an old belief go, this is normal. Use your feelings as your support system. Talk with only those who are supportive of you, and will ask you questions that will help you come to your own conclusions and not to people who will tell you your wrong. In other words, don't allow their ignorance to influence you. This will only create doubts for you. At times it may be better talk with no one and have faith in your feelings.
