Here a good example of what a mega sized or bigger goal can do French Claire, it has nothing to do with money I am just trying to give something easy to relate to. In the gym you realistically only need to do cardio 45 minutes (tredmill eliptical ect)to achieve those ripped Abs ,but a trainer will say to do cardio for a hour ir more.The reason they (or I) tell clients to go for a hour or more instead of 45 minutes is because 9 of 10 times the people doing cardio will go pass the recommended 45 mins at the intensity they should be at and when they hit 50 mins in see the hour coming up then they start slacking off taking it easy some even give up at 55 mins with 5 mins to go all because they see the hour about to end. Thats how I trick peoples minds to do their ideal cardio in gym.
