French Claire, I think you are making a simple concept very complicated. The formula is simple. Have a clearly defined goal and apply your mind to that goal, unquestioningly, until you achieve it. This A,B and C is just getting in the way of that clear goal, and clear path that you need to follow. God is uncomplicated so the Universe is uncomplicated. Why complicate it? If you need it mathematically, A - focus = B - goal.
