Go to the Holosync Ning Forum:
http://meditationgroup.ning.com/On the righthhand side after you scroll down towards the middle of the page there is a link called "Create a Ning Network". It should help you to create a forum which you can set to private to avoid spammers, etc. and make moderation easier. You can invite people you like and get them to propose new members.
They have very poor forum engine, so to chat only privately maybe will be useful, but not more. Also, setting such forum will not guarantee you frequent backups, so you may lose all the database in one minute if they experience severe hack attack on their servers, anf then you won't have any possibility to retrieve it.
