Just so you know we used EFT in our PhotoReading retreats. If you want to do a round of tapping before listening to a Paraliminal go right ahead.

What I like most about Paraliminals is I don't have to use them constantly to get results. If I have a challenge I can pick the Paraliminal to use that day and know it made a difference. Whether it's gaining more success with other techniques, tapping my intuition or gaining direction again. I also explore a lot of courses put out by others.
