I can answer the first question: if you purchase a LSC program or product, you can call them during business hours and request a coach for that product. Results may vary depending on which coach is available at that time. All of them are familiar with all or most of the products, but some have more experience with certain products than others.

However, I have found, even when I got coaching that was not "the best", it always helped me in making my own decision, or in some cases, to even realize that the product was not working for me.
