If you really intend to do the course a minimum of 30 days. It becomes a lifetime habit.

Concur. I've been going through the course since 2005. Every time I go through, I learn something new. Am I rich yet? No, but I'm much closer than I was six years ago. And I'm very happy with the results I've gotten given the time I've invested.
