I just received my Level 1 pkg today. I will be traveling with my teenager for him to attend an 8 day school. I will use that time to begin my SFQ practice. I would welcome any suggestions and/or tips to get me started. I have also contacted an SFQ practioner that was listed on the website for the town I will be staying in this week. I am considering a couple of sessions with her to get a jump start. Any thoughts on how to approach these sessions?
