Jeddah doesn't specifically mention "Kundalini awakening" but all of this work will gradually open your energy centers and energy bodies until there is a cohesive, consistent flow throughout and between them. Realizing the truth of our existence is the ultimate outcome of these meditations.
That is when we truly remember and embrace the states and qualities found in Infinite Grace - Expansion, Light, Harmony, Love, Beauty, Reverence, Wisdom and Grace.
