In "Higher levels" the 'worlds' are invisible (for Knowledge needs no perception, hence it is complete).
On that note, I find it more effective to BE the clear channels. It 'seems' much more beneficial than visualizing the channels 'glowing with colors.' (though that will still be very effective in itself)~Z
Just a reminder that most of the questions are from members that are
new to Qi Gong and the answers I'm reading are IMO are not usable by a lot of newbies.
