I've realized that I learn very fast technical materials and with comprehension if I record myself speaking as I was giving a class to other people. I like to talk, comment and analyze the subject.
Later this recordings can also be used as review tools as well as mind maps.
Sure, before do that I have to read the book according my goals (super read and dipping).
Should I record myself explaining the content as I said above just on the last activation layers? Or anytime I want?
