Leave at least 20 minutes between Paraliminals, sessions and other energy work. Allow the work to have an impact on you before switching it another direction.

If you follow Deep Relaxation with another Paraliminal, skip the 4th track, don't come out all the way..

The thing to remember Paraliminals take you into an altered state, shifting your brain waves and then return you to normal waking brain wave. Following it with another trip into altered state straight away can undermine your original listening goal, (taking longer to see results) it can also lead to physical discomfort, especially if Paraliminals / energy work / entrainment type activities are new to you.

If you want to use more than one Paraliminal in a day space your listening. Listen to one in say the morning, perhaps one at your lunch break, one evening or before bed.

Interesting thing to watch out for, you might listen to one in the morning with the intention of using another in the evening to complement the project or listening goal. You come to the evening and find you don't need to listen to that Paraliminal, or are inspired to listen to a different. Pretty cool when that happens.
