Have your headaches improved ? Personally I benefited from the relaxation SFQ gives and it helped a bit with my headaches. I lost faith in the system though when the wife of Master Lin died of cancer. If the system worked and love heals everything etc, why wasn't she healed? I wish someone here would answer that. Therefore SFQ is good for stress relief and the placebo effect helps some people but don't expect any miracles.
