I have a similar question, ie. how often and how many paraliminals I can listen to. I'm afraid I do not understand Alex's reply. Yes, I know there must be a break of min. 20 minutes. Therefore technically I can listen to them 10 times a day (and not only three times as Alex says). That would be sometimes tremendously easier than listening once or three times a day for weeks.
Please imagine situation: I devote two days for the same recording and listen 10 times each day with minimum 20 min. breaks. Would that be the same result as listening to it daily for 20 days?
