Hello Everyone,

In regards to the feeling exercise, is the objective to focus on your emotional feelings or whatever is present at the time?
When I scan my body, the predominate feeling is more on the physical side. I can feel the energy, nothing yet in terms of emotions. I tend to be cerebral... working to get out of this.

I figure there is no right or wrong on this, but just wanted to ask.
