Hi

I was wondering which exercise can help with this? Spiritual Masters say keeping the spine straight whilst meditating is very important but when I sit with my spine straight, very shortly I start to get mild pain & discomfort. I know it's caused by many many years of sitting with my back bent but I'd like to reverse it. Also, a chiropractor told me I have rounded shoulders. I'd really like to heal my back.
