I have a hard time remembering my written questions while activating. Also Im having a hard time following the authors train of thought - they often time seem everywhere. And also it takes forever 10-15 minutes for me to find trigger words so it's hard to survey the rest of the book. Finally I feel confused at the end of my activation as there's so much information and I spend too much time in each chapter 20-30 minutes . Any advice?
