I’m pretty sure it’s an issue to have your door towards that direction, if you do you’re supposed to walk out looking down, and also don’t face it at your desk because it’s like you’re looking at him defiantly and you’re supposed to be humble, or something like that. I don’t think it matters about the bed because you’re not “facing” him.
