Hello, due to the global situation, my stress and anxiety levels have risen and I have found myself with a lot of unwanted thoughts, almost like ocd, and I tend to be exaggerated and catastrophize things. I`ve using Deep relaxation paraliminal and Anxiety free paraliminals with some level of success. But I think what I really have to do it`s to change my thought patterns.
