My suspicion is that the one with the Relationship and Abundance Star would be better, as long as you're facing a good direction. If possible, angle a mirror so that it reflects the door when you are sitting at your desk.
If you don't resonate with the muscle testing, why don't you just sit in both possible locations and feel into how it would be to work in that area. You may get a very definite feeling that one is definitely better than the other.
