I've had SFQ in my mind during this event. And I've noticed that my visualization of the small universe has changed significantly. I can now see a 20-30 cm ball of yellowish light. (Previously I saw something almost black and only with great effort any light.) It's still difficult to make the light go through my face, throat and chest. Lower dantien is easier, and back.

Sorry; it seems I wrote a message more suitable for the SFQ forum. But anyway, it only shows how these things are linked. I'm using both NLP and SFQ to heal myself. Somebody once asked at the SFQ Forum how can you do that. Well, I'm doing it, but can I tell how it's done? Nope. Everybody has their own way.
