Every judgment/belief is a limitation. Going meta is going to beliefs about beliefs, an interesting ploy that merely continues to keep us from our power.

When we label a feeling as an emotion and judge it as "bad", we then effort to change the feeling. The net effect is that we stay out of our power.

Humans are feeling beings. We can encounter our power by being in the feeling of it. When we experience our feelings free of judgment about them, we are able to directly experience the fullness of our power.

You can think of the Feeling Exercise as preparation for reclaiming the power hidden in our beliefs and judgments about the world we see.

As long as we judge our feelings, the power remains in it. Separating the thought from the feeling begins the reclaimation of our power.

For this reason, loving yourself feeling a feeling gives you safety, appreciation, and the direct experience of your abundance and power. No need to change a thing. Just being fully who you are and expanding your joyous appreciation of who you are, in all your power and magnificence.
